Whether you can have another reduced rest depends on more information than you have provided Tobes, specifically whether you have had two consecutive reduced rest periods since you last had back-to-back full rest periods, which could be several months ago. The essential question is “Did your 45 hour rest period straddle midnight Sunday, and if it did, could it be used as the rest period for the fixed week which followed it or does it have to be used as the rest period for the fixed week which preceded it?”
It’s a bit complicated I know, so I drew you a diagram showing why it might be legal. There is a fairly common belief among drivers that you can’t have reduced rests back to back but this isn’t so.
