they could just be starting to build site, now the company i work for doesn’t have a web site at all, and we are doing ok thank you very much, so what does it matter

If you’re not selling anything on it then i dont see an issue, they’re usually just for information
websites are very important nowadays.
if you bid for a contract, they will check you out with companies house, and also check if you have a website. it shows that you’re not made of straw.
To be honest I think no website may be better than one that appears not to have been finished since 23 August 2009 as the page information suggests for that site.
If I was a potential customer I would be hoping they have more interest in the trucks and customers than they appear to have in their public image.
Doesn’t mean it’s not a good company though, they could be a great company to deal with, just not a very good image to portray to potential customers in my opinion.
