, I was instructed by the t.o , well then they should of remembered they told me two days ago too completely empty my truck of all my kit including night out gear as it was going for a mot / service , did you not notice on your 70 mile journey there wasn’t any kit / night out gear in it , I was just following instructions , well then jump off a cliff
You just can’t believe these idiots , 2 days earlier complete empty the truck , 2 days later thicko gets told too take it up too save a journey with no night out gear in it , then there 
when you rock up at the depot and waltz off home for the night 
Not really fare to slate the driver that was told to drive your truck to you. How was he to know that you didn’t have your night out gear with you in the one you were driving? Think you should be put in the blame on the t.o. not the other driver.

Dozy it really isn’t the drivers issue that you didn’t have any gear with you i got out of my truck tonight and took everything with me as you never no what will happen over a weekend so if im in another truck Monday i have everything i need i think its your fault simple dont blame others for you lack of forward thinking …just saying
Were lucky that way it’s one truck one driver fleet. Only empty it for holidays leave it kitted up over Xmas.

I have revised my opinion. I think that dozy would struggle as a night security guard.

I’ve just had to empty all my gear out of mine which is a pain in the arse (I’ve had worse though).
If I’m greeted with a different vehicle I would load all me gear into it and make do till I either got my regular truck back or was allocated a different one.
Our place have a habit of saying “just take enough gear for one night out”. Which is bollox as I could still be out all week + the stuff I need for one night is the same as for lots of nights.
Your planners could have told you the crack beforehand but in my experience this rarely happens.

I rarely comment of the behaviour or attitude of others on here, but I’m going to stick dozy on the foes list in settings. I cannot risk my eyes bleeding at the inane, pointless drivel he comes out with on a regular occurrence.

Your choice of course but if I may stick up for doze for a second, I find his posts very entertaining, in fact any thread he starts I make a b-line for.
I don’t think he is thick in fact far from it just the schoolboy errors he enthralls us with are a great help for noobs.
Course there’s those who believe dozy is just doing some lite trolling or a moderator plant to spice things up a bit.
None the less it’s all good fun.

+1 there the only time some one else drives my truck is if I parked it in the way and it needs moving I’m on holiday or sick or it’s in work shop but I think the mechanic does inspections on Saturday morning
so on the 3rd of june I will empty out as I’m on holiday for a week
P/s if the truck is empty of fuel it’s my fault
