Right Im contracted to work 3 days a week. This means if I take a day of on holiday its 16 hours. However I could take 3 days off and work 3 days.
Does the holiday hours count within the 60 hour maximum, or only used to the 26 weeks?

The 60 hour limit only applies to ‘Working Time’, not Breaks or P.O.A.'s. so holiday days can NEVER count towards the 60 hours.
The first 20 days of a Yearly holiday entitlement must be counted as 8 hours towards the Reference Period average, as must sick days. Any holiday days beyond 20 (the minimum legal entitlement) are discounted when calculating the average for any given Reference Period.
Does that make sense?
