Hi first of i would like to say hi and what a great forum

Have any fellow truckers used the waze sat nav ? it reminds me of having a cb radio in the cab and updating traffic in real time for free

kind of like facebook but for sat navs waze.com

i think there is a way to add friends ie fellow truckers and message them

When operating via Facebook, there is comic car icon, bottom left of screen, click on it and you are given options as to what you want to do, just had a report that traffic is at a standstill on the M8 Westbound at Glasgow. Not bad considering I am nearer to Inverness :slight_smile:

but in settings you can limit the range of alerts

No thanks last thing I need is meeting up with people.

Yeah it’s pretty funny. Bit too distracting when you’re driving down the road fiddling with it. Good real time traffic info from other users though. Watching my data allowance on ee 4g though so not using it atm.
