Any truck driver, or any driver who sees a giant STOP sign across the road and doesn’t stop doesn’t really deserve a licence

I’ve yet to find a convertible over height for a bridge or tunnel
Maybe it could be combined with the system explained in Robroy’s truck theft deterrent thread to administer a brief 1kV shock to the driver of any vehicle triggering the “overheight vehicle” sensors?
Does anybody else see the irony of this idea springing from the driest and most drought prone continent on earth? 
Maybe they could use wd40 or similar instead of water then the oversize truck would just slide through
