Probably through the tacho head.
IF it’s set to display local time, I think its, go into the menu, scroll to vehicle settings > time > -1hr (or -30 minutes twice).
DONOT adjust UTC.
UTC is PC speak for GMT, your tacho head should be always set to UTC.

You don’t need to adjust your tachograph, all tachographs run on UTC (Universal Time Co-ordinated)

If it’s the CD type it’ll adjust automatically too. Provided there’s no card in either the main driver position or the second driver position.

If it’s the even older turn the key and open the door type, then open the door and there will be a little white wheel on the left hand side of the door about half way down. Turn that wheel and the clock on the tacho moves.

I should add that the drawer on the CD type needs to be closed before it’ll adjust automatically.

If you want yet another clock to adjust, there’s the User Control Section on here, go into board Preferences & set the ‘Summer Time/DST is in effect:’ to No.
