Must admit, don’t understand why people aren’t hands free these days though, mine comes through my sat nav, but a bluetooth headset is between £5 and £30 depending how much you want to spend / use the phone. Not convinced it’s as dangerous as they make out, but still not worth the fine.
Still say that I’ve seen lots of what they’re saying through the truck mirrors from my car.
