This clown has been in the local rag several times, moaning about the price of fuel and now he’s delivered a petition to Downing Street. 
If he made sure his drivers adhered to the speed limit of 50mph for panel vans on single-track A-roads…he might save fuel and therefore save money too.
But nope, his vans are always speeding usually 60mph+, leap-frogging traffic and generally driving in a very non-fuel efficient manner.

fuel duty is coming down next year, so, knowing this. he will claim the reduction in duty next year is down to him.

But VAT is going up so that will cancel out any saving
