Neither could the bloke driving that. 
I think he could drive artics into scaffolding very well. 
Being there looks to be no damage to the windows or plaster rendering ,I would say that the scaffolding was not tried in properley.
Could have been the wind as the truck passed.
The scaff was tied in properly, you can see the holes in the wall and the window frames have been ripped out.
Oh and it wasnt me, I turned up just after it happened, the driver was foreign and after doing this he thought it would be a good idea to drive through the flood between Axminster and chard. He did make it but the water was to the top of his tyres, can you imagine the 2nd call to his boss if he didn’t make it and hydrauliced his engine on top of ripping his roof and catching the scaff?!!!
I guess I can drive artics into various things as well… Shame that they are no jobs like that available
That’s an absolute miracle nobody was injured.
