Was the M11 actually closed?

Does anyone know if the M11 was actually closed southbound a 4AM this morning or did i take a non-needed de-tour, matrix signs were flashing it was closed between 9 -10 on A1M, but never heard anything on radio about any closures…strange i thought.

I was going down to the out skirts of london so had to go A1/M25 then pick up the M11.

But just wondered if was closed or were matrix signs from something earlier and just hadnt cleared.

its been closed every night this week for roadworks
my boy has been doing nights at waterloo station
it looks like most people did the same as you, because he has gone gone through every night at about 9.30, and only added about 20 minute to his journey every night
