For anyone who doesn’t know, its on the Astmoor Ind Est in Runcorn. I drove past there yesterday doing multi drops and it was ominous to see a Mitsubishi L200 with an empty 1000l IBC in the back parked up next to one of the mobile, sorry I mean caravans with no wheels. We can all probably come up with a cliche’d reason for it being there. However, if it was used for something like…I don’t know, let’s say, transporting diesel, you have to ask how someone could get away with it. There was some pipe along side the IBC too which.
Probably a homemade water bowser for taking water to the horses they undoubtably own…
It’s only on the way back they pick up a return load of some one elses diesel

Even full of water though, it would be overloaded !

Have you allowed for the ullage that would be filled too ! haha. As for the l200, I never knew they could carry so much. Even a Sprinter can only carry 1200kg can’t it ?

A customer used to come into our place 2 or 3 times a week in an I200 & pick up 1000l of bio diesel & it only dropped an inch or two on the suspension when loaded.
Ross.
I’ve had an L200 and the fuel economy was crap, maybe they were just using the Ibc for some extra range
Twas full of horse ■■■■ being sold off as add blue.Smells the same drive!
Hiya …just a min when they,ve broken into some else,s premisses nicked someone
elses diesel in a unroadworthy l200 with no insurance not redgestered to them with
no MOT running on red diesel and the unlicensed driver who,s banned and dosen,t
