If you have a TomTom you can download the Centre Routiers POI from the TomTom home page, I have it myself.
Beausemblant means “looks beautiful”.
My SatNav says there is a Centre Routiers at N6- Chemin de la Station, Charriere, telephone +33478355630 about 50km short of your destination.
There is a routier at St. Marcel les Annonay on the N82 about 20kms west of Beausemblant towards St. Etienne, but it is a couple of years since I ate there so can’t vouch for it now.
It was ok then though and has a big truckpark opposite.

Isn’t there a weight limit on the N82 ower t’tops from St Etienne cutting over to the A7

Search me mate, as I said it is some time since I was there but as a general rule if there is a routier wagons have access to it. Don’t know how far that exception would work for though.

The “Resto Camion” one has a Routier on the N7 about 3km back from where the OP asked.

Download the TomTom Home software onto your computer, then connect your Tom Tom to your computer using the docking port that should have come in the box when you bought it.
On the main menu, click on “Add Maps, etc”, then click on “Points of Interest”.
On the Points of Interest screen, type “Centre Routier” into the search box, then scroll down the list that comes up until you find it.
Click “Add” and job’s a good un.

They’re the icon that comes with the POI’s Kerby.
If you want them I’ll tell you where they came from or if you prefer email them to you (if I can actually manage it)

Got home today had a great trip yes they do exist i went pass them on tuesday never stopped there. Stopped at alphaform had showers canteen and a good nites sleep picked up my back load from Fontaine about 80 kms east of my drop loaded grip springs for Alton Towers Theme Park tipped this morning 0800 Yes i have got all the Routiers on my tom tom now i have set them to sound if i get with in 5kms of them it great Hope this helps Thanks to every one for your help
