I’ve done my multiple choice last weekend and hazards today can I go into my practical test or have I got to do something before?
Sounds like you’re ready to start the practical training and test. If you passed the car test after 1st Jan 1997 you will need to pass CPC Modules 2 & 4 before you can drive for a living so you might want to consider taking the Mod 2 Case Studies test. This another theory type test taken at the same place as you went today.

At some point you will need a digi card, bear in mind it will take a couple of weeks to come, you can apply at anytime for it, download, print and fill in form D777B + £38 Fee,… although its no good to you till you pass your LGV 2 test…
you dont need it yet, but would do it test week, then if you pass you are ready to work.
just keep working on MOD for now though, and learn about the trucks. manual ? auto ? etc,
try a couple of books from the library.

You also need initial driver cpc LGV module 2 theory and module 4 practical to drive LGVs comercially

It could be good to the OP if they drove a commercial 3500 GVW transit van with a 750 kg trailer
