Anyone had experience of this company taking your £300 deposit and being ridiculously slow to offer training dates and test dates ?
Wallace is a reputable trainer. If this is as it sounds, it’s very odd. If you cant get anywhere, ask to speak with either Ruth or Neil Wallace. I’m sure you’ll get a result.

Or did you type ‘Wallace’ into google and end up with one of those sneaky AdWords advertisers who’s not linked to Wallace at all?
