Is Wales now becoming anti car.
As they’ve voted through a law in for Cardiff anyone who drives a car over 2.4 t will have to pay more for a parking permit.
Along with 20 mph zones I wonder if Wales is becoming anti car like Kent is anti trucks?

Avoid Paris at all costs. The real France is in the Provinces these days.
