You will also need your Mod2 Pass Certificate.

Is it possible to just use the blue test pass certificate in place of both parts of the licence?

No. Must have licence.
Some people hold off sending licence away until Mod4 is done.

Don’t worry about it, just remember your training and give the examiner a nice smooth ride and carry on as normal even if you think you’ve failed.
I didn’t think to hold onto my licence but when I got back to the trainers office I was told it could be a 3 week wait anyway. Ah well, hope it gets here soon!

DVLA are hit and miss. Sometimes 5 days max. Sometimes 6 weeks and still not sorted without a shakeup.
With backlog of Christmas. Don’t expect a quick turnaround.
