hi everyone first time on forum.question, is it legal for a employer to stop money from wages without first informing yourself off the reason for doing so and the amount to be deducted, appreciate your replies.
No they cant. If you’ve worked the hours you should be paid them. Unless you break contract, i.e. leave without working your notice.
You need to be more specific has employer provided equipment you need to pay for damaged behicle or anything else legally speaking you are entitled to pay for hours worked but must be more to it than just wages stopped
