can anyone tell me, what (if any) advantage there is to issuing weekly payslips every six weeks ■■ other than saving the cost of five envelopes. its not a big problem as I can always use a atm to find out how much ive been paid nor have I ever been underpaid . no one else seems bothered and it as I said its not a problem but its certainly puzzling . 
Probably time saving, paper, print envelopes etc
We only produce wage slips on request apart from that 6 monthly
We get our wage slips emailed every Wednesday.
By law you have to give an employee a detailed wage slip showing all deductions (tax and ni) for each pay period
Plus P60 annually
