I passed my hgv class 2, 7 week ago but last Monday I found out that I’m a diabetic type 1. I now on a 3 month suspension for driving wagons. Due to this I had my wage reduced , is that allowed or not because I no idea

I’m assuming you’re not driving at the moment then ? If so I’d have thought that was standard procedure as you’re doing a job that pays less than driving a wagon.
I would assume they would drop you down to ssp given 7 weeks service, so anything more I would class as a bonus unless your still working in some capacity at the place?
apologies - I assume then they are paying you the same as others in your role? if that’s the case then nope they are within their rights and given you have almost zero rights for 2 years they seem to be ok having employed you as a driver and found something else.
