Lol i was waiting for someone to pick up on that… I didnt turn it round, you come off the main carriageway and run alongsie the parking area then do a u turn to park facing that way then another u turn to come out 
it is the stack holding area parking for when they park the trucks for a holiday ban, heading to the tunnel in Italy, the photo is in France.
