captmarvel is right, it is Valencia, but kind of not the F1 Grand Prix, this was in 2008, and the event was a Formula2 or Formula3000 or something, it was basically a test to see if it would all work for F1, and it did. I had to be at the concert venue by 07.30am, as they were shutting all (most) of the roads. Racing was good, the concert was in a club smaller than the shed in my garden.
