has anybody else had a phone call about a survey on vosa ? i got a call in the week but was out so they called again this morning , they asked quite a lot about my dealings with vosa , but amazing as it may seem when i said i had issues with the people out on the road their computer went down so he apologised and hung up only to phone back 10 minutes later and tell me i was off their list now , he didnt know why so thanked me and hung up again .
am i being unfair in thinking my views didnt match what they wanted to hear ■■
