Self Funded simply means from their own budget and receipts from Testing Stations, it doesn’t mean they are out to get you to pay for a New Galaxy or a Laptop

correct, but don’t forget, if you get a PG9, it means a trip to the test station to get it removed 
as for getting a PG9 for a light or 2 out, well, that would be your own fault as that is part of your daily checks, it is not rocket science to change a bulb now is it

a bulb can blow at anytime. the same goes for fuses. so how is that the drivers fault?
when i am pulled, and they say i have a bulb out. i just say “thanks for letting me know, i’ll change it straight away”.
