would this mean that out of all the 3 depots birmingham manchester and maldon they are only allowed too run 12 vehicles as there are about 40 in total , also is their any way back from this or is it usually a sign of demise

Basicly means they are only allowed 12 at Maldon, 16 at Manchester, and 17 at Birmingham. Not a sign of demise, just need to sort their act out and run properly. If they do that for long enough then they can apply for an increase again.

if they have had to reduce their vehicles at each depot, then they will have to lose some drivers
how many vehicles do they currently run at your depot?
and what is the new figure after VOSA have reduced it?

they use to have a depot in barking essex they were doing youngmans contract alley scaffold ladders they have being going bent for about 10 yrs go and look for anther job sea transport looking 500 per week
