LOL more likely to see them on the weekends M6 is always flat out with them over the weekends.

I’ve spotted them at 04.00 one morning near the Bath turn off.
They run 24/7 at jct 13 M6,see them most mornings pulling wagons in @ 3am,suppose all the baddies would have freedom of movement at night if DVSA only did office hrs.

Surely their work is to prevent victims? who wants a loved one as a statistic because a lorry driver is chasing an extra few quid or an operator skimping on maintenance to save cash.
Spotted them on prowl a14 Ipswich 9am Sunday morning, passed them 20mins later they’d pulled a foreign truck over.

Perhaps Border control should take a leaf out of VOSA’s book then as according to the hours they work Illegal immigrants only try to access our shores 9 til 5 Monday to Friday.
They seem to disappear over the weekends around Immingham.
During summer they’re out on the weekends to get the dodgy caravans.

They had one of those combined things near Evesham a while ago - Cops, VOSA Immigration and, for all I know, HMRC were there. This was at 4am and they had several scruffy minibuses pulled in as well as some assorted trucks. There was one of those mobile incident rooms with a satellite dish on the roof too.
