I have an update.
In the heat of the moment, We thought she’d been nicked, She hadn’t.
She was taken away for a chat and no charges were brought. However, She has been suspended and the police are happy for Vosa to conduct their own investigation.
The fact remains that her bosses didn’t back her up, They did it by the book. So it’s still 1-0.

Some say that what really happened was that truck with the brake fault caught fire which then spread to Phil’s which was parked next to it.Apperently,as usual,Phil’s trailer was full of a dodgy plant based substance which causes severe narcotic effects on anyone who breathes in the fumes in the event of it being ignited.Although it doesn’t seem to have any listing under ADR regs probably because it’s not supposed to be transported anywhere anyway and it’s doubtful wether Phil would have had the correct ADR for the load even if it was.Phil seems to have built up a natural immunity to these fumes to the point where he was able to make a reasonably coherent,if not totally accurate,explanation of what took place.
