I am pretty sure anyone who doesn’t stop when directed by vosa will be followed up by the traffic commissioners office or at least by a visit from a traffic examiner .
Huge presence of them yesterday on m25 southern, both sides I counted 5 of 'em on hard shoulder ready to pounce.
