I have it turned up full and there is hot air coming out of the vent but it’s not heating the cab very much!! I’m used to the one in a scania and if I turned it up even half way it would be much better than this!!
Is this normal for a Volvo or could there be a problem somewhere? Thanks.
I would say if hot airs coming out your on to a winner, check there’s no windows or doors open and the issue should solve itself.
My old Actors heater would have the cab nice and toasty in 15 mins, the Renault I have now takes half an hour, to be fair it is a bigger cab though.
Try putting the air-con and night heater on at the same time and let them fight it out.
Check the inlet,it’s probably full of fluff stopping the air flow .
It’s on the other side of the passengers chair from the outlet, plus cleaning the inlet will quieten it down a lot aswell…
Cheers mate I checked that inlet and yes it had a fair bit of ■■■■ in it so gave it a blast with the airline and it’s working much better, it’s giving some good heat out of it now I’ve got it set at about a quarter way! Jobs a good one
