Anorak, you have still to wait but the result could interest you because a friend of mine is restoring a L 430 Trygge from 1963 with V8 engine.The lorry was originally in Swiss.
After nearly a week of research without any complete information, out of curiosity and in hope for an answer, may I ask how gruesome was the fuel consumption of the Volvo V8, in numbers, on these trucks?
