Volvo FM9 06 plate wipers

Hi guys. I wonder if anyone can help.
A fuse popped in the wipers. If I change the fuse with the wipers on they work but as soon as I switch off it pops the fuse. Any realistic suggestions greatly received.

Try isolating the whole wagon with the red switch out side the cab,then change the fuse,
That isolator solves a lot of things,make sure you have the radio code though as sometimes it resets it.
