Volvo FL7 'extra ' pedal?

As part of our modern :unamused: tipper fleet we have an L Reg FL7 8 wheel tipper .
Iwas lucky enough to be driving it today and noticed it has another pedal above the clutch pedal but high up just underneath the dash :confused:

Whats that all about then ? :grimacing:

cheers guys :laughing: , could do with the stelth pedal the old crock is weigher-less … but at least it has a steering wheel adjuster now :wink:

It doesn’t make it invisible, it just makes it weigh less but you have to press it when you are on the bridge! :smiley:

It’s not a pedal, it’s a footplate for a child driver so that they’re high enough to see over the wheel.

Why does no one think of the children?
