Maybe Jammymutt can answer this as it might be B+Q specific.
The digital display on the dash you can scroll through the menu using the stalk on the right, if you scroll to “reset” then you can reset it (the trip data). So far so good. If you scroll down below reset, you get another menu, smaller writing and longer list. Now near the bottom of the list is a more in depth trip data, we are supposed to record this on our daily sheet. There is a function to reset this as well , the main one doesn’t seem to clear it. So when i try to reset it, it comes to a password (0000) which i hit enter ad it doesn’t clear. Is there a B+Q specific password or am i doing the procedure wrong? I know i could ask the trainers in there but i don’t have to fill the sheet out because i have not been shown, if i get them to show me i will have to fill the sheet out then everyday! So i just wanna know how to do it.
Try 5678 as the password, some FH’s seem to come with that as the default, my last two did.

Hey! You where only right. Here’s another question… The E/P button on the top of the gear stick housing which we now know is for Economy or Power… the ones on our trucks don’t do anything. You can press them and there is no click like its done anything and on the dash it shows “E” so i presume we havn’t got the “P” power option enabled? Also at the rear of the housing there is another switch, “L” i would have presumed this was “Low” but it doesn’t really make sense because you can select low from the lever/knob. The switch does “click” like its doing something, but what if anything i don’t know.
Think the “L” is for limp home mode. Ie if there is a problem it should be able to select one gear to move you out of trouble?
Also its quite possible that the E/P mode is turned off as the ones we had at somerfield were the same. But they went one further and made a clamp to go over the selector so you could only selcet Auto or reverse or neutral!!
Mike when you go in tonight ask Shawn Parrington to run you through it all hes not just an FLM he does know a lot about the trucks.
