Just found this on Ebay. Never new such a thing existed!
I’ve got a pic of one of those if I can find it and scan it 
seen it in Leipzig probably 20 years ago and wondered what if it was really a Volvo as I’d never seen one like it 
I had a fantastic book from Gothenburg and they showed that model in it, just that I didnt realise they named it F82/83
There were a lot of F84 used before the bigger engine F86 was launched.
Great buy for a quid!
I’ve seen a couple of them on the road, never knew the model number though, always thought the smallest of the F8- series was the F85, you live and learn 
The tyres of the L 420 were smaller and only 5 whellpins, L 430 had 6.
The last model had a larger and black grille and inside the engine was fixed in rear to increase space giving 3 places.
The L 420 became F 82 and L 430 was F 83.
