I have often seen it when travelling to & from Swansea, it seems to go there quite often from Suffolk.

i think its a replacement, i should be able to find out tomorrow. He does a lot of work to the south west, for IRF, not sure how much Wales he does thou.
He parks up in O.C Jewers grain yard at Woolpit.
