I recently purchased the Jabra Supreme bluetooth headset thinking that the ‘voice control’ feature which according to the manufacturer allows voice activated calls to be made to any number stored on the phones internal call list would be a good idea as it would enable totally hands free use when driving. Prior to purchase I checked on the Jabra website that my phone (Samsung S6 Edge) was compatible with the headset; and yes it was on their list of compatible phones so I went ahead and ordered the item directly from the Jabra website. The headset arrived well packaged and in good time and was easy to pair with my phone however I could not get the ‘voice control’ feature to work and after several phone calls to Jabra ‘support’, all of which ultimately ended up with me being given the same instruction to do a ‘factory reset’, I came to the conclusion that the ‘voice control’ feature was not going to work and without ‘voice control’ it was basically just an expensive headset and no better than the headset that I already had - so I decided to return it for a refund. I followed the return procedure as given on the Jabra website emailing them the order details and requesting the return instructions and subsequently received an email in reply stating that I would shortly receive an email from them containing the freight label and return instructions, so I waited for the email to arrive, and waited, and waited but no email arrived so after several days I emailed them once again however this email was not replied to or acknowledged and the two further emails I sent them following this also failed to elicit any response, so I decided to phone them, that did not go well either, I was told that the correct department was too busy to speak to me (really) and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was just left on continuous hold. I have now come to the conclusion that I have done more than what is reasonable expected of me in order to try to return the item and I have contacted my bank and requested a ‘charge back’ so I can obtain my refund which the bank is now proceeding with.
So would I recommend the product or Jabra Err NO
