Well Chef Luke i tried your pork chop with Gnocchi and the sauce.Have made mustard sauce with cream before,But the cider made it superb.Never tried Gnocchi before so was expecting it to be heavy surprised how light it was when cooked. I had a few broad beans with it and the dryness of the beans complimented it well
Did you run thought Birmingham on M6 04.30 ish Thursday I thought you where limited to 85ks you passed me easy, And if you,you were following a scrap tipper artic… Keep up the good work

Just to add I am guilty of being one of those that have eeerrrm - popped a tyre on the concrete at the train, was along time ago though and I have since forgiven myself because it was dark and raining!

First time I got on train I’d only been driving a left ■■■■■■ a week and I took the diesel tank off. I’ve forgiven myself as it was 5am and I’d been working 23 hours!
