You can’t really compare their wages to the UK, unless you consider the cost of living in their parts of India, which explains the difference in equivalent £
Much like truck drivers in Australia, Singapore etc earn very different amounts to UK truck drivers generally - Their cost of living is different too
The painting idea thing doesn’t appear too different to some how trucks over here have custom airbrush work… I do prefer the airbrush style to the paintbrush style though 
I bet Turnerski and equivalent are looking at the old Colonies for their next minimum wage staff…
Chuck a blingy Scania V8 in and you’ll have a queue wanting to work for that.
