Hi. Ive done three 15 last week had 2days off. Can i do 15h shifts again this week? Then have 45h off sat and sun and do 15h shifts again next week? Think i can but not sure so i thought ill ask before i do it. Thank you

Yeah I thought it must be a wind up as well but who knows nowadays.
You can reduce your daily rest to less than 11 hours but no less than 9 hours within the 24 hour period from the end of your last rest period a maximum of three times between ANY two weekly rest periods.
Of course you may have managed to get at least 3 hours rest during your shift meaning you only need a minimum of 9 hours rest in the 24 hour period (split rest). This would effectively give you a ‘15 hour day’ and you could do this every day.
Unfortunately there isn’t a reference to ‘15 hour days’ anywhere in the rules - it’s all about the length of the rest period.
