Obviously that only works if you’re starting from base, but they’ve no way of knowing whether you’re talking BS or the truth.

if you tell him you,ve just had three weeks in tenerife then you would expect to have a tan or a bit of sunburn. unless your like me and prefer to stay indoors by the bar and sleep when the sun is out.

i got pulled yesterday at 10 am at telford services. checked my tacho card and said got anymore, yep i said and gave him the previous 28 days, with the exception of this current weeks. ( oops ) after 20 mins came back and said all is well and thanks for your time. he never did see this weeks tachos ( numpty ). lol he even asked me how my box was secured on the skelly

Was it a high mileage van with saggy suspension or his eyesight?
Normally the tyres are a good indication, otherwise the more regular transit drivers with modified springs and greedy boards would get away with it.
