have you factored in accountants costs ? if your ltd you need an accountant, sole trader you can do them yourself if your confident, and the vat

Last I heard they were 1.21 per mile.
Based on my figure I would have been £149.90 over plan in income last week, fuel was around the 1000l mark so right on the plan too. The only unanticipated expense would have been greater than expected AdBlue use but that’s only to the tune of about £20.
Based on your numbers I would have been £347 over plan. Plan BTW says around £500 + VAT a day.
