Vehicle changes and analogue tachos

Can anyone tell me the correct procedure when changing repeatedly between 2 vehicles on the same day, both on analogue tachos. There is only space to fill in 2 changes on the back so should I :
a) use the first disc until it’s full, then start another.
b) use a separate disc in each truck
c) are both the above ok.

Use two cards - one for each vehicle and mark them card 1 of 2 and card 2 of 2 - pin both together at end of shift
For many changes between the same two vehicles that is legal and less messy

The correct and legal procedure is to use a chart until there’s no more room for vehicle changes then start a new chart.
