Hi does anyone remember anything about vantona from bolton or have any pictures of them thanks
i remember the scammell scarab’s running around bolton years ago but sadly i didnt take pictures back then , i wish i had though .
p.s … i had a spell coach driving years ago and i used to bring the workers into work in the morning and then take them home in the afternoon from the vantona in farnworth … ohh the memories come flooding back
There’s a chap from North London area who has restored a Bedford O type tractor unit and trailer in ‘Vantona’ livery - Black and Cream, I’m sure someone on here will have a picture of it.

no mate it was H+B coaches , it was owned by my friends dad … bye the bye my friend who’s dad owned it is registered on here …

What a lot of people didnt know is that he also had a soft side to him , bit hard to find at times but it was there .

I seem to remember Vantona from Farnsworth had a few light blue Bedford Marsden vans in the early seventies and they would often park up on Saint Mary’s Road car park underneath The Bullring in Birmingham.
