i wonder if he had ginger hair and was driving a M A N…at least we know it wasnt ronnie pickering as if it was,the dude would be in intensive care,not just cuts an bruises… 
prob just some local fanny sticking religeously to the speed limits though the villages as some of them like to be road commanders in that respect when someone was cutting it neat for the boat.
breaking news update…ok so he wasnt local as he was from birmingham,but he was obviously waffling about and annoying mr short temper…he is described as being stocky with a beer belly…and hard knuckles…that narrows the hunt down in the A75 truck fraternity somewhat.

if it was at cd then most likely it was the…il sit quick enough so as not to let the trucks past…bang on 30 through the villages at springholm or was stupid enough to bang on the brakes when the 30 mph radar light flash at the start of the villages,then baulked truckieboy at the 2 big hills that you can overtake on…no doubt he didnt get the good news for nothing.if it was at cd at 11-15 then truckieboy would need to be well lit to be thinking about the midnight p&o…so it wouldnt even be that as you would miss it by a mile even at warp factor tang speed.
