you travel all the way to Holand for your interview
if acsepted you travel back there for the assesment
and if acsepted you trvel from the UK to Holand and back just to pick the truck up and start work

Yes, the same as if I had a transport company in Kent and someone phoned me up from Lithuania asking about a job I wouldn’t say “I’ll tell you what, I’ll pay for you to fly over and talk to me about it”, I wouldn’t drive the truck over to Lithuania so he could do an assessment and I wouldn’t take the truck back to Lithuania for him to start work.
