You forgot all the fault of the EU and a knackered old jag which has to be mentioned numerous times.

Would I be correct in thinking that Van den Bosch has been given a going over by the tired old hero’s on this site?, but I was just pointing out they have two jobs going, and I did say that I know very little about them never having met anybody who has actually worked for them, somebody on this forum might actually be interested in working for them, so you can take your sneering sarcasm and shove it up your bottom.

That’s without the unemployable ■■■■■■■■ that got jobs there and were ever sacked as they were found to be idiots or couldn’t do the job.
Didn’t one cry because he couldn’t find anywhere to buy lunch

Plenty of worse jobs just more the standard of employee who come on here and winged and moaned as they didn’t realise what the job was about and blamed everything but themselves

Don’t know much about the VDB job myself, but I do know what the Dutch can be like, and usually if ALL the drivers of a particular firm say a job is crap,…it is usually crap.

As they have to recruit so much from overseas I’d imagine it isn’t the best and the Dutch have a reputation for liking there pound of flesh.
However from what I remember a lot of the problems were from the drivers been idiots.
Moaning about it been hot in Italy moaning the lorrys mainly Volvo fm globetrotter been to small for tramping even though they was told that was what they run first.

:unamused: ffs !

“I went to work for a Dutch transport firm and had to max my hours and then some” shocker. … :unamused:

The Dutch government may be liberal in its attitude to recreational pharmaceuticals, and the Dutch may be jovial to foreigner visitors, but don’t let that fool you into thinking that that attitude extends to the work place… I was quiet surprised that they offered 3 weeks away-1 week home. Very generous by Dutch International standards. I guess the advent of the digital tacho has forced their hand, as it has the Irish.

I don’t really know much about VDB, but I’ve heard their reputation is arguable. I know it from a driver we hired to work for our company and he was everything but impressed by them.

^^^Bonnie Osborne, the worst attempt to diguise an advert into a post response I think I’ve I’ve ever seen on here…and there’s been a few lol!!^^^

However, back on topic, I read the whole 60 pages yesterday of the last VDB thread, I laughed, I cried, it was an emotional rollercoaster…no ■■■■■■ chapter though which was a touch disappointing but you can’t have everything!!!
