not at swains though
Nice paintjobs on their lorries if thats much help
Depends how much you want,as with alot of driving jobs all money is good, just not enough of it is the problem.
Its my understanding that they don’t pay subbies well and will “fine” them for any mistake, i.e. not putting the TIR cable round trailer etc …

If thats true i bet that scrape on the trailer went down well ooooooooooft
Ive done ferry trailers and a few van bentums and did use to forget the TIR cord or seal numbers from time to time due to not being use to it, as most others don’t bother with it and was told they fine. I expect someones bashed it reversing besides it, so probably quite hard to trace.
They used to have a few British drivers on for them and where paid well but didn’t get much sleep tho. I don’t thing they do as much in the uk like they used to. Most of the trailer firms will fine you for things like the tir cord and not laceing the back sheet up. The damage is easy to trace as if unocompanied it’s photo’d on the way in to the port and if you don’t report any damage on the way out of the port and you ain’t got someone’s ins details the damage is down to your firm
I have worked for van bentum as a sunny on tanks 4 years. No fines no problem . No fines. Tanks get damaged on ferry with dock spotters.
