Can you still get done for it,having no funds to support yourself,i got done when he asked if i had a credit/debit card,thinking a fine was on the making,i said no funds,no spare tyre on the unit,so asked how would i get help if stuck on the road somwhere.
i actualy had cards on me,and appealed the fine at the embasy in London,a letter back to say they have receipt of the deposit.

How can you “get done” if you have no funds? No funds means no way to pay the fine!
If there is a way you can pay it then you can’t be a vagrant as you have access to funds
