V3 Volvo Fh13 fuse 78 location please??

Hi , I’ve searched every where for this fuse with no joy, it’s not under the main fuses, it’s not in passenger foot week, it’s not in the black cage . In handbook it says “Fuses in 3-Pos. fuse holder beside FRC” what’s the FRC?
All help appreciated.

Fuse 78 What does it control.

The bed side 24v outlet, try the fuses behind the passenger side lower kick panel. See photo
