Interesting idea - a “ring of trucks” rather than “steel” to prevent another “Berlin”.
Better guard those trucks themselves though! 
They are stronger than any wall or bollard. Very few things will stop a truck dead but a truck should do it
Goes back to the cowboy and Indian day then , circle them wagons .
